Training programmes that work

We develop and pilot training programmes for corporate or public sector organisations. These may train your own staff or may be aimed at particular market segments like SMEs. You may not know what your target audience needs to hear to get the results you want. We are able to research this for you. We focus on 2 main areas based on extensive experience of implementing IT and e-business projects

  • How small companies use IT and e-business to grow or defend their business
  • How to build and lead small teams through change.

These can be face to face, distance learning or in away day format. We've recently made extensive use of self paced modules using articulate - which produces a programme in a box - powerpoint with voice over. You can see an example here

Blended Learning

Our training programmes are short, intense, engaging, take a workshop format and make extensive use of workbooks and distance learning techniques for pre and post work to deliver maximum results for time spent out of the office.
We now provide flash-based distance learning modules - power point presentations with voice-over produced using Articulate.See Marketing Training sample here. Simple tests to check learning are embedded in the materials. These complement the workbooks we offer. We use Brain Technologies instruments to provide a validated psychological basis for our sales, marketing and team building products. Samples of our work can be seen by clicking the buttons
